This is an authentic Gianni Versace handbag/briefcase. The outside leather looks good overall, there are some surface scratches and marks on the leather but no big damage. The edges and corners look good. (please zoom into the photos for details.) The black leather handle is in good condition. The interior lining is also in good condition.
